Melted Brie, Date and Nutella S’mores

Gather ’round a fire pit and forget marshmallows. In between Nutella-slathered graham crackers swap in an oozy soft cheese, such as Brie, and sweet dates for a meaty chew.
- 24 graham cracker squares
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1 cup hazelnut spread like Nutella
- 12 thin slices of Brie cheese
- ½ cup pitted Medjool dates, sliced thinly longways
- 1 cup orange marmalade
Preheat a grill or your oven to 350° (or warm these straight over your fire pit).
Lay out 12 of the graham cracker squares on a countertop or cutting board. Top each one evenly with hazelnut spread, a slice of Brie and a sliver or two of dates. Spread the other 12 graham cracker squares with orange marmalade, and place them jam-side down on the hazelnut-brie-date squares.
Wrap each s’more individually with foil. Cook until the brie is melted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve warm.
