End of Day's Natalie Takacs' cocktails won two best of categories at the 2025 North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association's annual Chef's Showdown.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Yaupon dark blend tea
- 1 oz honey, brown sugar, molasses syrup with lavender thyme, and orange peel
- .5oz lemon juice
- Clarified with local whole milk, garnished with a cherry and shaved Apple Annie’s Bake Shop Raspberry Dark Chocolate
