Fill a shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake until very cold. Pour into a chilled coupe glass.

To make a lemon twist, slice peel about a half inch wide and not too deep, so there is no pith. Squeeze the twist over the cocktail until the oil comes out. You want it floating on top. Rub the twist around the rim and drop it in the cocktail.
